In 2023, BYD, the leading Chinese electric car manufacturer, aimed to accelerate its expansion in the Middle East — particularly in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. ORES and Arduina MENA joined forces to provide a scalable and optimized solution that would strengthen the brand’s visibility and impact across the region.

The main challenge was the lack of existing brand visual elements combined with a demanding media plan that required fast-paced, high-quality content production.
BYD’s growing communication needs - from product launches to brand activations - demanded an agile, creative system capable of delivering thousands of assets with minimal resources.
Solution
ORES turned constraints into opportunities by building a hybrid creative system powered by 3D design, AI generation, and automated workflows. A dedicated team of four project managers and six creatives managed to multiply production efficiency by ten, going from 40 to 4,000 assets per month. This approach supported key brand milestones, including:
- Six car launches
- Three showroom openings
- The 2024 Euro Cup partnership
- Choose Your Energy: an educational campaign for conscious drivers
- Choose Your Hero: a 3D-driven promotional campaign transforming vehicles into dynamic characters
- The Return of the Heroes: a Ramadan campaign combining AI-generated visuals with emotional storytelling
